In the spring of 1998 Eric Levin (Chilli Peppers), Brandon Lewis (CLICK Models)
and Pablo Henderson (Goldfinger) decided to start work on a new exciting club
concept in Downtown Atlanta. By fall Karma was ready to open it's doors. The
objective was to offer Atlantans a sexy yet intimate alternative to Buckhead
and Midtown. Downtown had previously been host to some of Atlanta's best clubs
including Velvet and SoHo but since the Olympics had come and gone nobody had
been willing to take a chance.
The idea paid off and four years later, Karma has welcomed celebrities with
world acclaim to numerous parties including Ashley Judd, Spike Lee, Lenox Lewis,
Carson Daly, Christina Aquilera, Carmen Electra, Denzel Washington, Lenny Kravitz,
Prince, Stephen Baldwin, TLC, Outkast, Goody Mob, Enrique Iglesias, Stevie Nicks,
N'SYNC, Backstreet Boys and many more.
The vision was to get Atlanta residents to explore Downtown beyond the Tabernacle
and Phillips Arena. Since then others have followed including 255 Trinity, Level
3 and ICON. With more and more home owners arrriving into the area weekly and
swift construction of many new condos such as the Healey Building and Museum
Towers, Downtown and Karma are moments away from realizing a dream.
We invite you to celebrate to celebrate 4 years of success and good times THIS
SATURDAY the 14th of September with a memorable evening of entertainment
and amusement and thank you for making Karma one of the nation's top clubs or
as Details magazine once put it: "America's sexiest nightclub".
