As I'm sure you can tell, I'm still working on a final format
for the newsletter, but I'm getting darn close! Thanks for
hangin' in there with me. Any suggestions for improvement
are much appreciated.
It's another big weekend. I am personally going to be spending
a majority of it glued to the Sweet 16 in anticipation of
THE FINAL
FOUR in Atlanta next weekend (ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK ...GO
KU!!!).
To get in the b-ball groove I'm planning to head on down to
Philips Arena tonight (THU) and catch the Atlanta Hawks vs.
the New York Knicks ...with a bonus
RUN D.M.C. concert immediately following. It's also "college
night" so you can get 2
tickets, 2 Hot dogs, 2 Soft Drinks and 2 Hawks caps for as

For happenings outside of the downtownATL area, "Atlanta
Illustrated" is your ticket. Highlights this week
include the Square Hatters happy hour at Park Bench on Friday

The 2002 Road to the Final Four leads to the Georgia Dome
this spring when the Atlanta stadium hosts the basketball
tradition on March 30 and April 1. The event is sold out,
with approximately one-quarter of the 53,000 tickets being
sold to the public earlier this year. Thousands submitted
applications for a chance to see the top basketball in the
country played in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The remaining
tickets are reserved for the four participating colleges,
the local organizing committee, the NCAA, the National Association
