To celebrate their 25 years in the restaurant business, Anna and Raymond Hsu will host a special evening—a dinearound to their three Atlanta restaurants.
The evening will begin at Silk Restaurant on Peachtree Street with free parking, cocktails and tapas after which the diners will board a bus for the short trip to Hsu's Gourmet Chinese where a main course will be served with appropriate wines. Next stop to Pacific Rim Bistro for another course and wines. Then back to Silk for an after dinner drink, dessert and to listen to live music. The total cost for the night will be $100 per person all inclusive. As a farethewell, each guest will receive $50 gift certificates ($15 to Hsu's, $15 to Pacific Rim Bistro, and $20 to Silk).
History:
The Hsu's first restaurant 25 years ago was Empress of China #1 in Cobb County which was sold. Other Empress restaurants were opened and sold. The first Hsu's opened in Tower Place fifteen years ago. As Anna and Raymond became more active in the Atlanta Convention and Visitor's Bureau they were encouraged to move to the heart of the city so they closed Hsu's in Buckhead and reopened at its present location on Peachtree Center Avenue where it has been for the past thirteen (13) years.
It was so successful, that eight (8) years ago, Anna and Raymond opened Pacific Rim Bistro, also on Peachtree Center Avenue. Continuing in their commitment to the growth and vitality of Atlanta, they opened Silk Restaurant on Peachtree and 8th Street which recently celebrated its one (1) year anniversary.
