Cymbeline @ Shakespeare Tavern
Directed by Tony Brown
A chaste princess betrayed and lost, an evil step mother, two brothers unaware of their princely
status. Sound pretty heavy for a romance? Shakespeare has a way of making it all work out in the end. Full of plot devices reminiscent of Othello, Romeo and Juliet, As You Like It and The Winter's Tale, Cymbeline illustrates Shakespeare's power over audiences. Experience the magic!

THU NOV 3 thru WED JAN 18 2006
"A Holiday HAM-icide" @ Agatha's Mystery Dinner Theatre
Nita Hardy's hilarious spoof has us wanting to PIG OUT with her new show. The hammy actor in the annual holiday show "A Christmas Scare All" is mysteriously murdered by another holiday ham - of the honey baked variety! The actor played Scrooge offstage as well as on, so everyone is a suspect.
"Holiday HAM-icide" is a hilarious look behind the scenes at a mystery dinner theatre where the show must go on, while hunting for the ham-handed killer! As always at Agatha's, the audience participates in the action in the comic murder mystery. Each night, the entire audience has a chance to die laughing between 5 courses of dinner including hor d'oeuvres, a choice of entree' and very cheap wine with the meal.

Malbec, A National Treasure @ City Grill
City Grill is pleased to present a tasting of one of the most treasured wines in the world on November 9, 2005. Experience the rich taste of Malbec wines, as speaker Bobby Fiournay of Grapefields entertains questions throughout the event. The restaurant will offer a sampling of light hors d’oeuvres to compliment these memorable wines. The festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. with a social gathering for $19 per person including wine tasting and tapas.
Originating from the Bordeaux region of France, this grape is among the "big six" for red wine grapes. Its fame and fortune could end there, for in Bordeaux, Malbec is used like a chef would use a spice. It is blended with other wines but it makes up a very small percentage of the blend. However, the story in Argentina is quite the opposite. Malbec has found renewed acclaim and initial glory in the sun-drenched climate of Argentina. It has become the countries’ signature grape and it is quickly making a new name for itself with red wine lovers. It has also found fame in Chile, where Malbec has become the third most widely planted grape. Wines that will be featured:
Lopez, Rose, Mendoza, Argentina, 2004
Alamos, Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina, 2004
Delorimier, Malbec, California, 2000
Abacala, Malbec, Umpqua Valley, Oregon, 2001
Pascual, Toso, Mendoza, Argentina, 2003
El Fellino, Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina, 2004
Chef Daniel Zoby will graciously prepare alternative selections for those who have special dietary needs. Reservations are suggested and may be made by calling 404-524-2489 or accessing www.citygrillatlanta.com. City Grill is located in the historic Hurt Building at 50 Hurt Plaza in downtown Atlanta. Valet parking is available in the garage adjacent to the restaurant for a nominal fee.
