Happy "hump day"! Celebrate making it to the middle of the week with the "Hump Day Getaway" at Spice - an after work event in which they provide a relaxed atmosphere that promotes networking and professional growth for professionals and entrepreneurs from all over the Atlanta metropolitan area.

If you'd like to take it up a notch and go for a full blown wine dinner, the City Grill is your spot! For this, their "Pinot Envy" dinner, Winemaker Patricia Green will be on hand to discuss her wonderful Pinot Noirs that Chef Graham Duncan, Robyn McArthur, and Bill Lipscomb have paired with an outstanding 4 course menu.

Starting today through Saturday you can c'mon down and "check your insides out" as the Cancer Research and Prevention Foundation presents "The Colossal Colon" in Woodruff Park - a 40-foot long, 4-foot high crawl-through replica of the human colon! This free exhibit is part of March National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and also features nine additional hands-on, interactive family friendly activity stations to learn more about bein' a healthy human bein'.

On Thursday the World Trade Center of Atlanta hosts "Water for Life" a wine tasting reception to benefit WaterPartners International. The event includes FREE parking at SunTrust Plaza.

Put on your running shoes Saturday morning and join us for the 7th Annual Downtown Dash for Diabetes! Tiffany Cochran from 11Alive and SiMan Baby from 102.5 FM Classic Soul will be on hand in downtown Atlanta's Hurt Park (near GSU) at 7:45 a.m. and the starting gun fires at 9:00. This fundraising event includes a 5K run/walk and a 1 mile course. The 5K course goes past the Capitol and through Historic Oakland Cemetery!
