Hello Crew!

It's the first Thursday of the month and Spring is in the air... Turner First Thursdays is the perfect way to enjoy it! Stroll through over a dozen galleries, artist work spaces and performing art venues. Selected by Atlanta Magazine as the Best Art Crawl -- you gotta c'mon down and see what you're missing. This month is going to be ESPECIALLY cool as there are new offerings in the line up:
_______ Paint in the Pods @ the Sun Dial Restaurant. Guests will be treated to viewing rarely seen original works by Dali, Escher, Warhol, and Haring while Sun Dial Executive Chef Chris Hall indulges guests with complimentary contemporary American hors d'oeuvres and Level Vodka drink specials -- all while catching one of the BEST views in the city from The Sun Dial's spectacular View Level.
_______ FOCAL's "Movies with Friends" featuring "The Graduate" @ Central Library. The Friends of the Central Atlanta Library are introducing a new, free film series entitled Movies with Friends every first Thursday of the month beginning at 6:45 pm at the downtown library. If you are already participating in the First Thursday Art walks in downtown Atlanta, why not stay a little longer and see a classic film with some friends?
_______ Play Date for "BIG KIDS" only @ The Children's Museum of Atlanta. On April 1st the adults get a chance to play without the kids! There will be cheap drinks all night, great food, fun music and Raffle prizes.

As y'all know, the best Atlanta Steeplechase party this year is going to be hubbed out of downtownATL! Railchasers and USA Entertainment have teamed up with Tin Roof Cantina at their new location in downtown Atlanta. The event is not until Saturday April 10th but there are less than 70 tickets left you need to GET YOUR TICKETS NOW!

A big CONGRATS to Georgia Tech Men's Basketball -- they're headed to the final four!!! To all of you who I exchanged friendly jabs with as my Kansas Jayhawks headed into the Sunday game last weekend - my hats off to you. It was an EXCELLENT game and your Jackets did a superb job. Can't wait to root y'all on Saturday...and beyond!

Don't forget to set your clocks ahead an hour when you get home Saturday night...
