Tour @ Dr. Martin Luther King's Birth Home
The only guided tour is of Dr. King's Birth Home. All
other facilities such as Ebenezer Baptist Church, Dr. King's Gravesite,
Freedom Hall, Fire Station No. 6, and the Visitor Center are self-guided.
Birth Home Tour Tours are conducted daily by park rangers. Register
for a tour upon arriving on site at the information desk located
in the Visitor Center. Reservations are not taken over the phone.
Tours are limited to 15 people and are filled on a first-come first-served
basis. Tours begin every hour on the hour beginning at 10:00 a.m.
with the last tour at 5:00 p.m. During the summer tours are every
half hour from 10:00am - 5:30pm.

Historic
Downtown Guided Walking Tour with the APC
Experience
Atlanta's earliest high-rise district, beginning at the historic
Candler Building and winding through interiors of several of Atlanta's
landmark structures. You'll see how Atlanta's downtown architecture
developed from Victorian period styles to Art Deco to modern, and
learn about the businessmen, architects and prominent families who
created the city's early commercial center. Tour times: Fridays
at 12 noon; Saturdays at 10 am; and Sundays at 2 pm. This tour begins
in the Candler Building lobby, 127 Peachtree St.
The APC also offers guided walking tours of the following historic
districts:
Ansley Park - SUN at 2 pm
Druid Hills - WED 10 am / SAT 10 am
Grant Park - TBD
Inman Park - THU and SAT at 2 pm
Sweet Auburn - SAT at 2 pm
Fabulous Fox Theatre - MON/WED/THU 10 am AND SAT 10 & 11 am
Each tour takes approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes. No reservation needed
(except for groups of 10 or more). Each tour has a designated starting
point. Please arrive 10 minutes before tour. Cost: $10/adult and
$5/students and seniors. Free for APC members. APC memberships start

Take a tour of the Georgia Dome, the site of two Super Bowls, the
SEC Football Championship, the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, the
2002 Men's and 2003 Women's Final Four, Monster Jam and Supercross.
Georgia Dome Tours are offered Tuesday through Saturday during the
regular football season.

The Fountain of Rings @ Centennial
Olympic Park
The
Fountain of Rings has an amazing water fountain show that provides
a fun opportunity to run through the water and dance to the synchronized
music. The Fountain of Rings is popular the world over and is often
an image used to represent Atlanta. There really are several ways
to soak up the sun at the Park.
