Spring is here and that means that the social calendar is filling up FAST!  This weekend definitely proves it...

Tonight is the opening night of a daring contemporary staging of one of Shakespeare's enduring masterpieces as The Atlanta Ballet takes on Hamlet @ The Fabulous Fox Theatre.

Saturday brings another great benefit - Beyond the Looking Glass Gala @ Turner Field. In a targeted effort to combat the negative forces and images that contribute to the problem of eating disorders, EDIN is hosting its third annual Beyond the Looking Glass Gala. It will be an unforgettable evening with featured guest Lori Gottlieb, journalist, humorist and best-selling Author of Stick Figure: A Diary of My Former Self. The black-tie event offering a delicious buffet dinner, live jazz, and live and silent auctions with guest auctioneer Vikki Locke of Star 94 will all take place.

On Sunday night downtownATL.com joins forces with Kebo's Hushbox and Live Poets Society to celebrate "The End of an Era - the Closing of Mumbo Jumbo."  Join us at Mumbo Jumbo as we say goodbye to this cornerstone downtownATL establishment during an elegant evening of live music, live poetry, and dinner. For $25 you can partake in a fixe prixe dinner and two glasses of wine!

Monday afternoon is PRIME TIME to play hooky! Join the Braves for their home opener at 1:05p as they take on the Montreal Expos.
